The second half of the book facilitates a conversation with God. You will have a chance to interact with Kayla's story and some truth from God's word.  This is your chance to make it personal and apply it to your life.  There are five different pieces in each daily reading. The first is a portion of God's word that applies to some element of the story.  The second is a portion of the story itself.  Next, there is an explanation of both the Scripture verses and the portion of the story.  Fourth, you will find some questions or statements for reflection.  This is your chance to make it personal by responding in your own way. Finally, there is a short prayer which can guide you in forming your own conversation with god each day.
